Payment Options:
Cash, personal checks Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are convenient payment options due at the time of service.
Insurance Plans:
Dr. Pourandrias does not accept insurance plans currently. If you have a PPO plan you may have coverage for out-of-network benefits. Dr. Pourandrias provides services as an “out-of-network provider.” You will be provided with a “Supper-bill” to submit to your insurance company at your discretion.
Medical Reimbursement Accounts:
One other form of payment is the “flexible spending accounts” to pay for fee for service. Such pre-taxed accounts are offered by employers. You may check with your human resources to attain more information.
